Latest circular regarding change in standard 9 to 12 4th unit test period

SSA has decided to undertake remedial assessment (unit test) as part of the CCE along with therapeutic work, to check the quality of each subject from standard 3 to 8. In class 3 to 8, this unit test has been conducted. On Saturdays excluding each week's leave to evaluate and evaluate classroom performance work performed by the teacher.





During the second academic session, during the second academic session, from December 22 to March, unit tests of various subjects will be taken in standard 3 to 8. The unit is selected on Saturday for testing each week. This unit test course will be for the next week of testing. The question paper will be prepared by GCERT syllabus. Through the Sampoorna Shiksha Abhiyan, it will be delivered to the district and taluka in soft copy every Thursday. Each BRC has to distribute the copy to the CRC on the same day. CRC must send the copied hardcock to school on Friday.

According to the above subject and context, the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education prepares a school activity calendar every year. In which the prescribed vacation dates are applicable in all the secondary and higher secondary schools recognized by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Due to the prevailing situation of Kovid-19 in the current year, the school activity calendar could not be fixed by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education as no direct educational work could be started for the students in the schools.






In the above circumstances, it is necessary for the vacation staff to clarify the duration of Diwali vacation. In this regard, as per every year, as per the approval of the Government received on the file regarding fixing the duration of Diwali vacation for the vacation staff in the schools, in the academic year 2020-201, the Diwali vacation in the schools should be 21 days. Is. This will have to be implemented in all the secondary and higher secondary schools recognized by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Separate instruction will be given from now on regarding the entrance examination to be taken in the schools.

The above details are requested to be sent to all the secondary and higher secondary schools under your jurisdiction.

The Union Home Ministry has issued a circular regarding the August 15 celebrations at the state, district and lower levels of the country. A large number of people have been instructed not to gather at the celebration. Can be celebrated using technology. The flag salute in the presence of doctors, nurses and Corona Warriors, the circular said.



To keep the people who beat Corona present at the celebration as well. CM to start celebrations at 9 am. Not only that, the rules for celebrations at the district and lower levels will remain the same. The Raj Bhavan will decide on the at home program. Even if there is an at home program, there is a need to keep the front line warriors present and social distance. Playing recordings instead of calling Army bands etc. face to face.

Every year, the Independence Day is celebrated with grandeur, gaiety, fervour and enthusiasm. This year also, the Independence Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion. However, in view of spread of Covid-19 pandemic, while organizing various programmes or activities for the Independence Day celebrations, it is imperative to follow certain preventive measures such as maintaining social distancing, wearing of masks, proper sanitization, avoiding large congregations, protecting vulnerable persons, etc.; and follow all guidelines related to Covid-19 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health a Family Welfare. Therefore, all programmes should be organized in a way that large congregation of people is avoided and technology is used in a best possible manner for celebration befitting the occasion. The events organized could be web-cast in order to reach out people at large, who are not able to participate.
